RETURNS
There are no returns or exchanges on: Print To Order, Sale, Clearance, Special Order or discounted items. Sales are all final on the aforementioned.
All OTHER RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED for store credit or exchange if returned in same condition as sold within 10 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by a sales receipt and any original certificates. After 10 days from purchase, there are no art returns, all sales are final. Art should be returned in the original packaging via an insured carrier. If you are returning by mail or in person, you are required to contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt to confirm you will be returning the item and in order to receive a Return Approval Receipt from us to be included with the return.
Items should be returned to Soul Intention Gallery in the original packaging via an insured carrier within 7-10 days of the customer’s receipt of the item along with the Return Approval Receipt.
The buyer bears all shipping costs. We recommend that you ship us your returned item only via UPS or Fed Ex to ensure proper tracking of your product. Items lost via return shipping will not be issued store credit or exchange. Returns may also be taken to the gallery in person.
Item/s Damaged During Transit. If you receive your item damaged via shipping, Please contact the gallery within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photos of the damage as well as the condition of the shipping box on delivery so we can issue a return shipping label and submit a claim to the shipping carrier for damages incurred during shipping.
